My family and I worked with Holly to purchase our home in Valencia, CA. We moved from Laurel, MD and if not for Holly, our realtor, it would have been very difficult for us to get a home in such a short period. We were introduced to Holly around February but we didn’t start searching actively until around the week of Easter. I still remember Holly cutting her holiday short just to accommodate us because we were coming into town that week. Words cannot do enough justice in explaining the part that Holly took in helping us land our dream home. She is knowledgeable, approachable, responsive, personable, very patient and generous with her time. She is never pushy. There was no question we asked or throw at her that she didn’t take time to answer knowledgeably. She knows all the schools in the neighborhood, like the back of her hand. She knows how to make offer competitive. She explained the escrow process to us even before we found the house. She kept us in the loop. She prepared us and gave us a heads up on all the forms that will be coming our ways during the escrow period, so we were not unaware of the processes. Buying a home in California is challenging, talk less of a family who lives on the east coast, however, Holly made it very easy for us. Our offer was accepted in May and we moved in in June. She exceeded all of our expectations. The day the whole family arrived in California, guess who was waiting for us to welcome us in? Your guess is as good as mine. Will we recommend her to anyone? You bet I will.

Holly is so amazing! She helped us find our home in Castaic, and then she helped us sell our house when we moved back to Northern California. We were working with a pretty tight timeline, but Holly made it all happen in time, at a good price and always with a smile on her face! She is so nice and thoughtful – she recommended a moving service and she had an electrician, a plumber, and AC guy and a handyman in her network to help us with all the minor things we needed to fix. Saved us a lot of time and effort and allowed us to focus on other things like packing and our sanity! Holly is seriously not only an amazing realtor, but also a TREMENDOUS human being. We moved to Santa Clarita during Christmas 2014 and Holly was able to secure a 5 BR rental (not easy in SCV) so we could take some time to find a home to purchase. 4 months later, she expertly guided our purchase of a beautiful English Tudor home that gave us east coasters a little slice of home. Her negotiating skills got us a great price on the home. From there, she was an incredible resource on contractors for any home improvement and little things such as new physicians and dentists for our family. She never forgets her clients with gifts on your doorstep and events throughout each year.
4 years later when it came time to move back east and sell our home, we again turned to Holly. She worked with us to tasteful add little renovations to our home to maximize price. She knew the market, priced our home at maximum dollar value that captured 2 offers within 48 hours.
We have bought and sold 4 homes with wonderful agents across the country, yet Holly’s professionalism and friendship sets the bar. We simply cannot laud her enough, nor thank her enough for all that she did for our family.
Holly is absolutely amazing! My husband and I had everything going against us as clients. We had crazy work schedules, we knew nothing about buying a house, we didn’t know what we wanted and worst of all we had such little time to find a home. All I can say is Holly handled our situation like champ. She really impressed me with her time organization as we were rushing to see 6 to 7 houses a night! She was able to narrow down our search and really keep our must haves in mind to find the perfect house. She always answered our late night and early morning calls and texts and after we had an offer in and accepted she knew exactly who to hire for inspections, repairs, cleaning and maintenance. She even made sure we had enough boxes and packing materials to get ready to move. Her amazing assistant Maria, made closing so easy and kept us up to date on all the repairs and the steps and helped us with address changes and setting up utilities. Even after closing Holly continues to be there for us whenever we need recommendations or advise. Holly is truly a great relator and I highly recommend her. We will forever be thankful for her help and expertise.

Holly is by far amazing! Do yourself a favor, stop looking and go with her. She is extremely knowledgeable, so nice and friendly, genuine and stays in constant communication (I may have exploited that last one a bit). What I was particularly thrilled about was that we got a higher price than the comps and that the pictures were amazing! We sold super fast and above our asking price. Thank you Holly!
